4. Pricing: Our pricing is transparent and will be communicated to you before booking confirmation. Any additional services requested during the move may incur extra charges.

5. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, bank transfers, or online payments. For long-distance moves, a deposit may be required in advance.

6. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

7. Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your belongings, Fast India Packer Mover will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur during the packing, loading, transportation, unloading, or unpacking process.

8. Insurance: We offer insurance coverage for your items during transit at an additional cost. Please inquire about insurance options when booking our services.

9. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all items are properly packed and labeled before our team arrives. Please inform us of any fragile or valuable items that require special handling.

10. Force Majeure: Fast India Packer Mover shall not be liable for any delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or government regulations.
